Hmmmmm....Steve is into Gregorian Chant too, so we have a couple of CD's- which I try to avoid if at all possible!!

Hi all!
How are you, Issy. Glad you found your way to the new forum. I'm not too sure about Gloucester tai chi groups but it was in the Forest the one I used to go to, not specifically for arthritis but all inclusive for anyone really.
Getting there each week was often a bit tricky with work and looking after my uncle so Sophie (my daughter) and I have now got a cd. It was in a christmas gift set from WHSmiths last year. I think there's some tai chi on the Wii too, I'll check and let you know. I need to use the Wii more but have been so busy at work at the moment.
The music used for Tai chi is mega relaxing, it just seems to have a magical, mystical quality that makes you relax automatically. I love it!

Its all interesting stuff. Sorry but having problems accessing the forum and typing hurst at the moment. ? I am starting physio exercise on christmas eve. thanks Tigg for the tip on the msssages. Hey did anyone see that programme on tv called making your own drugs where the guy uses commonplace herbs and plants and makes different remedies and presents. I sort of half watched it - I just cant sit still long enough even if I find the programme topic interesting. anyway i kept hearing anti inflamatory this and that. might be wroth checking it out on the bbc i player its available ofr 9 days http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00pftz3

Not too bad actually managed some housework yesterday HOORRRAAAYYYY, but suffered a bit today.......

I have seen the tai chi dvd advertised so may well as for it as a pressie.....i also have a wii fit not really used it except for xmas time but with all the positive responses here i think may well get it out dust it down and give it a try, got the new wii fit for my daughter for xmas so if tai chi on that will have a go xmas day and report back..........

As far as i can gather forest the only place to go for tai chi for athritis, imagine that now!!!!!!
